eBayFlipAI collects information necessary to operate the service:

Account information — your name and email address, provided when you register an account or when you sign in with a supported sign-in provider.

Information you provide — seller preferences you choose during onboarding (such as your goals and targets) and any notes or descriptions you enter.

Content you create — products, listings, orders, and automation settings you manage within eBayFlipAI. Estimated figures (profit, ROI, pricing) are calculated estimates and are not guaranteed.

Support communications — messages you send to us through the contact form on this website.

Payment records — if you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by our payment provider on its own checkout page. We retain a record of your purchase (such as the plan, amount, currency, status, and the email used at checkout) so we can grant and maintain your subscription.

eBayFlipAI does not collect or store your eBay password, payment card numbers, or bank account details.

eBayFlipAI is designed to work with your eBay seller account. When you choose to connect your eBay account, eBayFlipAI receives only the information and permissions that eBay returns to us as part of the authorization you approve. We use that information solely to provide eBay-related features of the application, such as research, listing, and order-tracking features you have enabled.

eBayFlipAI does not sell your eBay information, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the features you authorized.

When you connect your eBay account, eBayFlipAI uses eBay's OAuth authorization process. You are taken to eBay's own sign-in and consent screens, and authentication occurs entirely through eBay's authorization system.

eBayFlipAI does not ask you to provide your eBay password directly. Your eBay credentials are never entered into or seen by eBayFlipAI.

Any OAuth access and refresh tokens issued as part of this process are handled securely server-side and are not intentionally exposed to other users or to other visitors of the application.

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, and improve eBayFlipAI and its features;

• Calculate estimated profit, margin, and ROI figures and generate listing content at your direction;

• Manage your account, subscription, and automation settings;

• Respond to support requests;

• Maintain the security and integrity of the service, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

eBay information is used only as necessary to provide the eBayFlipAI features you have authorized — for example, retrieving data needed to analyze products, prepare listing content, or track orders, depending on the permissions you granted through eBay's authorization system.

We do not sell eBay data. We do not use eBay data to advertise to you or to anyone else, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the operation of the features you authorized.

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure. Data in transit is protected with HTTPS encryption, and access to stored records is restricted on a per-user basis so that your account data is not exposed to other users.

OAuth tokens and other sensitive credentials are handled server-side only and are not embedded in pages or exposed through the application's public endpoints.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process.

eBayFlipAI does not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

Service providers — with the vendors that operate parts of the service on our behalf, such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers process data only as needed to provide their function.

eBay — as you direct when you connect your eBay account and authorize specific access through eBay's OAuth system.

Legal requirements — where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of eBayFlipAI, its users, or others.

eBayFlipAI uses essential cookies (and similar browser storage) to keep you signed in and to make the application function. These are required for the application to work.

We also collect limited, non-identifying usage analytics (such as basic product-usage events) to understand which features are used and to improve the application. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect sign-in and core functionality.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and for a reasonable period afterward to handle support requests and maintain service security records.

If you request deletion, we delete or de-identify the personal information associated with your account, subject to the legitimate legal and security retention requirements described below.

You can disconnect your eBay account at any time, and you may request deletion of the personal information associated with your eBayFlipAI account by contacting us. Upon a verified deletion request, we delete your account data — including your stored products, listings, order records, settings, and any eBay-related access we hold.

Deletion is subject to legitimate legal and security retention requirements: we may retain the minimum records required to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain the security of the service. Any retained records are kept only for that purpose and no longer than necessary.

eBayFlipAI participates in eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion notification process. This means that when an eBay user deletes their eBay marketplace account (or their registration is otherwise canceled), eBay may send us a deletion/cancellation notification through its designated notification endpoint.

We process applicable deletion requests received from eBay: we verify the notification as required by eBay and record only minimal, non-personal technical metadata (such as a notification identifier and timestamp) for compliance purposes. We do not retain the eBay user's personal data contained in such notifications.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, export, or delete it, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can manage most of your data directly within eBayFlipAI (editing or deleting products, listings, orders, and settings). For anything else — including account deletion or a copy of your data — contact us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

eBayFlipAI relies on the following categories of third-party services to operate. Each processes data only as needed to provide its function:

eBay — for OAuth authorization and, where you authorize it, eBay-related features. Your use of eBay is also governed by eBay's own privacy policy.

Hosting and application infrastructure — cloud hosting, authentication, and data storage for the application.

Email delivery — sending transactional emails such as verification and password-reset messages.

Payment processing — handling subscription checkout and billing. Payment details are collected on the payment provider's page and are not stored by eBayFlipAI.

eBayFlipAI is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
